woke up to no electricity and heavy rain. not a great start to the day. so glad it's school holidays so less traffic. rain always means more traffics, and a lot more traffic accidents unfortunately... asked around the neighbours, turns out the power in our streets and some other houses didn't have power from 5am.

come back home after exam, still no electricity.  eating out because in desperate need of wifi.

over priced Viet food, but still cheap for the Hills. surprisingly delicious. rice paper rolls were warm and moist.

no electricity=no wifi, no hot water, no power to charge phone etc etc was looking forward to catching up on MC and a lot of blog posts to do. can't even catch up on social media since low battery. hardly used my phone the past few days

McNuggets! 24 for $10

saw at least 5 snaps of these mcnuggets on thursday. doesn't take a genius to figure out there's a deal going on and i'm missing out lol. haven't had maccas nuggets in over a year. still taste as good as i remembered it, although this batch looks like it hasn't been fried in a nice batch of oil since it's more brown...

once again, didn't finish my exam ))): had more to write but not enough time, hence missed out on important 'key words' and a lot more info which made me fail the first time (didn't even realise you could meet the lecturer before to see where you went wrong...) this time i felt like i thought less and continued to write more. did some silly mistakes, but mainly not enough time to write everything.

pls let me pass. what doesn't help is that I'm on placement next week, and 50% chance I don't have reception/3g/wifi to even check if i passed or failed ):

thanks JB-Hi5 for authentic Indian food! it's good to try different cuisines from time to do. surprisingly, i managed with all the spices/chilli powder, so can say it was a good level of spice. great just catching up and playing Catan.
