Let's just take a moment to admire how aesthetically pleasing this tea spread is.
Exploring Barangaroo also involves finding new places to eat with tea infused stuff. The original place is in Redfern which I rarely go to which has more savoury options where as Barangaroo is more for tea and some cakes. They do have some salads, soups and sandwiches but a super extensive list of different teas.

lavender shortbread: Instagram favourite topped with edible petals-$5.80 each
Berry Bomb latte: black tea with berries & raspberry dust-$5.50
cutest cup ever
Chose this flavour mainly because it looked good in photos, and I love my black teas. The freeze dried raspberry helped boost the berry flavour in the tea. The milk is one of the best latte milk and froth I've ever had. Even slowly sipping this for a decent amount of time, the froth kept it's frothy consistency, rather than 'sinking' like normal froth on a cappuccino. Milk was super smooth as well. Would have liked more of the black tea flavour, but this latte was definitely worth the price.
Turkish delight latte-decadent rose & cacao combo-$5.50
For people who like their teas/lattes sweet, this one is for you. Tastes like turkish delight and not like the fake Cadbury chocolates. Hints of cacao and rose really adds a fragrant touch.
Take away tea-$5
Had a voucher for free takeaway tea. Other teas I've tried:
Lavender cream: Velvety blend of vanilla, oolong tea & lavender petals
Smelt really fragrant, but would have preferred a more floral taste and a bit more vanilla.
Lime Pie: Lime & coconut white tea extravaganza
Don't understand why white teas cost so much, but this one is quite expensive by the gram. Taste like it sounds.

Ginger Snap: A sweet, spicy ginger, cinnamon & honey bush brew
It was quite spicy, but then you get the sweet after taste. It smelt like a nice honey as well.

Orange & almond ceylon citrus cake: Moist, sweet & zingy with Ceylon tea & lemon myrtle-$8
This cake was moist even eating it one day after. Orange pieces with rind baked into the cake, and nice fresh orange and grapefruit segments. Would have liked more tea flavour infused into it.
This place is a must try for their teas and lattes.
This place looks AMAZING! Definitely have to go with someone sometime!
