decided to make some granola from the whole pantry app for brekkie tomorrow (since i woke up too late today for brekkie...)
it's super healthy! it's just cracking open the walnuts from the actual shell took so long. my mum showed me a method and she opens the walnuts in about 2 secs, but it takes practice. the recipe said to use pecans, but i didn't have any so opted for walnuts.
granola: pepitas (pumpkin seeds), black sesame seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, coconut oil, cacao, cinnamon, honey, shredded coconut (didn't have any coconut flakes).
mix and bake/toast at a low heat. it smells delicious (: and it's healthy (:
mixed some goji berries in it
superfoods/health foods aren't cheap-they're actually pretty expensive, but i'm surprised how many my mum has. i guess i did help add to the pile, hehe.
did MKR kick out TAS to put in ACT...?
