Did a first aid training course today (my other one expired a few years ago). It actually was pretty interesting, although I was so tired that I dozed off a tiny bit...Some parts were so boring as well...but hey, easy open book test, full marks and certified.

Cappuccino-$3.50

During lunch I did some shopping, and then decided to finally try this coffee at World Square. I think there's only one size...some places only do one size since it's the perfect balance/ratio. Mocha was an extra $1 so decided to just get a capp. It is so good! I see why it's always so popular. The coffee was the perfect temperature, hot enough but not too hot to touch/burn your tongue. First sip was smooth froth with a tiny hint of chocolate, then not too strong coffee, and milk incorporated well so not watery at all. Yum. I feel like this can turn me into a regular coffee drinker....We actually have a capsule coffee machine at home which we recently got, but no time to make it...actually getting the milk frother out and cleaning it takes the longest...

The dinner at night at My Memory of Shanghai in Eastwood with family and parent's friend. Ceebs  blogging about that place because I am over 10+ post behind. It was surprisingly clean and not too salty/oily for Shanghainese food. The xiao long baos could have been soupier...Currently in a food coma...Shared 8 dishes between 5 people...so much for 'losing weight' before next week. 100% not happening at this rate...

So physically exhausted the past few days...guess getting 6 hours sleep each night just doesn't cut it
