Headed to Barangaroo for dessert with my ice cream loving friend Tracy, as it was on my list of ice cream places for quite a while, and never bothered to go to Darlinghurst.

Pistachio: intense pistachio from Bronte Sicily, and Mango Heera: premium indian alfonso mango with yogurt (2 scoops)-$7
There were too many choices available, and one I wanted was sold out for the day, so I opted for something safe but still a bit different as I didn't want anything chocolate (lots of the gelato have some chocolate incorporated in it). The pistachio is different from the typical pistachio flavoured gelato/ice cream as those are normally more on the sweet side. It still has the intense pistachio flavour but rather than the roasted/salted nut. The mango flavour was also quite intense yet not too sweet. The gelato was very smooth, creamy and didn't melt too quickly. Opted for a cone since the cup looked smaller, and they do pack it over but it'll be too messy to eat compared to the cone.
Coffee and strawberry sorbet
Tried a bit of my friend's. Strong coffee flavour and sweet refreshing strawberry.
I find Barangaroo reserve a bit too artificial, but it's nice to see another side of Sydney
Glad to be known as an ice cream lover :D
